GREAT DIVIDE PROPERTY INSPECTIONS - OVERVIEW
Great Divide offers property inspection services backed by experience, dedication and continuing education in order to provide the client with the most thorough and informative inspections available. Every inspection is documented electronically with state-of-the-art software for e-delivery or packaged in a system indexed binder. All inspections are complete with digital photos and are in strict adherence to the American Society of Home Inspector's (ASHI) standards of practice and code of ethics.
All property systems are carefully inspected with design, function and safety in mind. A property inspection is a non-invasive, visual observation designed to identify material defects in systems as they exist at time of the inspection. Great Divide provides a detailed analysis of the property that is conducted by a trained, certified and objective inspector. Identification of non-functioning or damaged systems and components is included as well as recognition of areas where quality work has been completed. Pre- and post-inspection consultation is offered to the client to assist with property and report questions. Every clients understanding of the inspection is vital to our goal of providing the best customer satisfaction available.
